IJJGame Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Know

By accessing IJJGame — whether via web browser, mobile browser or any other access method — you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced within them, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms apply to all use of the platform, from browsing the game catalogue without an account to depositing, wagering and withdrawing funds.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first account registration or first platform access, whichever occurs earlier. If you are accessing IJJGame on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that you personally meet all eligibility requirements.

To register and maintain an IJJGame account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. IJJGame does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances whatsoever.
• You must be a human individual — corporate accounts and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and a working email address.
• You must not already hold an active IJJGame account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an IJJGame employee or business partner.

IJJGame reserves the right to request verification documents — including national identity card (CNIC), passport or proof of address — at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your IJJGame account credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. IJJGame will never ask you for your password — any communication that does so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activities conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — are your responsibility, whether or not you personally performed the action. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact IJJGame support immediately to have your account temporarily frozen while the matter is investigated.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account when accessing from shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered — it adds a significant layer of security.

IJJGame cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions or where the player voluntarily shared their credentials with a third party.

IJJGame accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 across all payment methods.

Deposits are typically credited to your IJJGame account within seconds for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within a few hours for bank transfers depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits are subject to your card issuer's international transaction policies.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• IJJGame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• IJJGame reserves the right to refuse, delay or reverse a deposit where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or terms violation.

Withdrawals can be requested at any time, subject to the requirements set out below. IJJGame processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 2–3 minutes for verified standard accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within the same business day.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must be fully verified. First-time withdrawals above Rs 5,000 require identity verification (CNIC or passport copy).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements on your account must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available balance after deducting any locked bonus funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in your own name that matches your IJJGame registration details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large amounts may be processed in tranches.

IJJGame reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: unusual betting patterns, incomplete identity verification, suspected bonus abuse or first withdrawal from a new payment method. In all such cases, IJJGame will notify the player and state the reason for the delay.

IJJGame offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out here.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who deposit for the first time are eligible for the IJJGame welcome bonus. The bonus percentage and maximum amount are stated on the registration and deposit pages. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can include bonus-derived funds.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses have a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount multiplied by the stated figure must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is met. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and fishing games typically contribute 100%, while live table games such as Baccarat and Andar Bahar may contribute at a lower rate. Specific game contribution percentages are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: IJJGame actively monitors for bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk. Where abuse is detected, IJJGame reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings and, in repeated cases, to suspend the account.

All games on IJJGame operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined purely by the RNG and are not influenced by bet size, recent results, account status or any other external factor. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game title.

By playing at IJJGame, you acknowledge that:

• Gaming involves financial risk and there is no guaranteed outcome or winning strategy.
• Past results do not indicate or predict future outcomes in any game.
• Game rules, paytables and RTP figures are available within each game's help section and are the sole determinant of payouts.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake refunded. Incomplete rounds cannot be completed after a malfunction has been confirmed.
• IJJGame's decision on disputed game outcomes is final after internal review, subject to the escalation procedure described in Section 13.

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting and esports betting markets on IJJGame:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by IJJGame at the displayed odds at the time of placement. IJJGame reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stakes without providing a reason.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match bets, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager. For in-play bets, the odds at the time the bet is accepted by the system apply, not the odds displayed during the brief delay period.
• Match Postponement: If a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the scheduled kick-off or start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours, bets remain active.
• Abandoned Matches: Bets on abandoned or cancelled matches are voided unless the outcome has already been determined before the abandonment — for example, a match winner in a completed cricket innings.
• Palpable Errors: Odds that are published due to a clear technical or human error (for example, decimal transposition creating an absurdly generous line) may be voided by IJJGame even after acceptance. This is applied only in genuine error cases, not for markets where odds simply moved unfavourably post-bet.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per event apply. Players betting at or near maximum stake levels will be informed of the applicable limits before bet confirmation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on IJJGame. Any player found engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games or otherwise use the platform in an automated manner.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors or glitches in any game or platform feature. Discovered glitches must be reported to support — exploiting them, even once, is a serious breach.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or deliberately losing bets to benefit a connected account.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market simultaneously (arbitrage) in a way designed to guarantee profit or to abuse promotional terms.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple new player bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for any transaction on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering — using the platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing IJJGame staff or other players through any communication channel.

IJJGame reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, failed verification, suspected underage gaming, suspicious payment activity, dormancy exceeding 24 months, or at the player's own request.

Players who wish to close their own account for any reason — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting IJJGame support. Where an account is closed at the player's request, any real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Where an account is suspended by IJJGame pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Suspended accounts cannot be used to wager or withdraw but balances are preserved during the investigation period unless the investigation results in confirmed misconduct, in which case forfeiture terms apply.

IJJGame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to players seriously. The following tools are available to all players directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on how much you can lose within a defined period before the platform stops accepting further bets for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a specified time playing in any single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks) during which you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be undone in the moment — this is deliberate.

IJJGame collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with the IJJGame Privacy Policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with legal obligations.
• IJJGame does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed through certified payment gateways and is not stored in full on IJJGame's own servers.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections and, in certain circumstances, request deletion.

IJJGame provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for losses caused by platform downtime, technical failures or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

IJJGame's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of claims arising from the same event shall not exceed the total value of that player's real-money deposits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

IJJGame is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or speculative losses or loss of profits.
• Losses resulting from your own actions, including betting decisions, account security failures or misuse of the platform.
• Technical failures of third-party game providers, payment processors or your own internet connection or device.

If you have a complaint about any specific game outcome, transaction or account action, please contact IJJGame support with full details. We will respond within 48 hours with a preliminary assessment and will escalate internally where the matter requires further review.

IJJGame may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — IJJGame will provide at least 7 days' notice via your registered email address and/or an in-platform notification displayed on login.

Minor changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms or updates reflecting changes in law that do not materially affect player obligations, may be made without prior notice but will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Continued use of IJJGame after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IJJGame holds its gaming licence. By using the platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to exhaust IJJGame's internal complaint procedure: (1) contact support to raise the issue, (2) request escalation to the compliance team if the initial response is unsatisfactory, (3) allow up to 14 days for a final internal decision. This process is designed to resolve the vast majority of disputes without the need for external proceedings.
